Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscriptions & Billing
Our services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Billing page.
• When you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
• After that date, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.

Refunds
• We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period once a charge has been processed.
• In rare cases (for example, duplicate charges or proven technical issues that prevented you from using the service), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund or account credit.
